I purchased the sheets and had been sleeping on them for about four months. My in-laws came to visit for the weekend and we gave them our bed. They raved about how wonderful they slept, that they couldn’t remember the last time they slept all night. I told her about the grounding sheets and she was excited to get some, so I gave her mine. About a week later I noticed the joints in my bones were achy when I woke up, like I had arthritis and it was harder to get out of bed. I felt like I didn’t get much sleep as I woke up 3 to 4 times a night due to my knees and my hips aching along with hot flashes. I then realized I didn’t have my grounding sheet on , and it was at that time I realized what a difference they made.

We first wondered if the idea of grounding was akin to voo-doo, ha! But after only a few nights with the grounding sheet, my husband and I were both sleeping much deeper than before. We both awake more refreshed and sleep comes much more quickly. I don’t know what would cause the variation between us, but I’ve had a broader response to the product than my husband has. I don’t toss and turn as much as I used to — and I’m dreaming again! Thank you for this fabulous 5-star product!

I’ve had other grounding sheets and I’m quite fond of them for my sleeping and overall health. This one is a nice great color and it looks great on my king size bed. The sizing is good and the elastic on the corners strong. As far as sleeping on it – fantastic. I sleep so deep and wake up refreshed. This is an excellent product.

Some tips I’ll share with you – don’t use lotion or anything on your skin like essential oils as they will make the sheet not work anymore. Also careful with face and hair products. I wash with no scent soap in Luke warm water and then line dry to keep the sheet working as long as possible. If it wears out on the side you sleep on try turning it the other way for a while. Hope that helps!

I like the idea of being connected with the Earth through the ground wire and I slept well with these sheets. If you’ve ever been camping and slept in a tent, it’s similar to that.
